Having spent 8 years working in primary care, then working as an office manager within an engineering company, she is vastly skilled in numerous areas of business and working with a variety of people. Lizzy is passionate about the holistic approach to life, meditates, practices yoga and runs, so is highly dedicated to the mind, body and spirit.
