Jonathan
CEO & Registered Manager
With over 10 years of experience working in the private health and wellness sector, Jonathan Edgeley’s primary purpose is to help people to get well and stay well. He ensures that every aspect of Montrose’s care provision is an exemplary model of best practice. Jonathan’s forte is working with HNW individuals and families, navigating them through times of change.

Dr. Strezynski
Psychiatrist
Dr. Strezynski is a medical doctor of 12 years, specializing in psychiatry, due to a passion for improving the lives of patients who struggle with mental health. His vocation has propelled him to work in areas of substance misuse, perinatal services, crisis services and general adult services. He is also an experienced Psychotherapist with a special interest in CBT and psychodynamic therapy. His current role has enabled him to bridge mental health support with those in physical need. Psychiatry is his vocation, and the positive feedback from patients reflects his dedication to improving mental health.

Stuart
CQC & Service Development Manager
Stuart Green supports our CEO and COO to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service and maintain the highest quality care. With extensive experience in leadership and clinical operations management in both the public and private sector, Stuart has spoken nationally and internationally, notably at the UN in Austria, about strength-based recovery.

Jamie
Registered Nurse
Jamie Argent has worked in substance misuse since 2003, qualifying as a nurse in 2011. He has worked in a variety of roles such as rehab, detox, community and criminal justice services all over the UK and beyond. His most recent role was as a Nurse Manager in a busy community substance misuse service, co-ordinating a team of 10 nurses to provide exemplary care to 1000 people. He is very excited to join Eleven Recovery and continue to deliver the very highest standard of clinical care.

Rob
Programme Manager
Rob has been working as a Recovery Case Manager, and our now Programme Manager for the last 2 years. He spent 10 years as an academic research scientist for Cancer Research UK, then proceeded to spend 10 years working various sales and marketing positions within the life science industry. Moving into different careers were marked by serious drug and alcohol addiction, so Rob has lived experience of addition. But more importantly of abstinence based recovery, including the 12 Step Programme which he is a huge advocate for.

Helen
Finance Manager
Helen is highly experienced in all aspects of financial management, running a business and cashflow management. With a background in stage management, admin and accounts for her family business Helen now faces a new challenge with Montrose. She has a strong passion for health and wellness, and was drawn to Montrose as she experienced first hand the positive impact they have on their clients. Her exceptional organisation skills aid in developing bespoke programmes for clients.

Lizzy
Client Liason Manager
Lizzy is qualified in a vast variety of sectors from healthcare to engineering. Having spent 8 years working in primary care, then working as an office manager within an engineering company, she is vastly skilled in numerous areas of business and working with a variety of people. Lizzy is passionate about the holistic approach to life, meditates, practices yoga and runs, so is highly dedicated to the mind, body and spirit. She works with clients at all aspects of their journey. A fast paced, ever changing environment is where Lizzy thrives.

Sophie
Marketing Manager
Sophie is a creative and strategic marketing expert with a background and degree in Graphic Design. Specialising in digital marketing, Sophie manages our online platforms with a focus on growth and engagement. Sophie is passionate about luxury wellness experiences, and promoting a positive mental wellbeing culture. Her expertise includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, and curating content that aligns with Montrose's audience.

Cathy
Head of HR
Cathy Hinsley has over 20 years’ experience of HR and Operational business management across many industry sectors. She is also a qualified Recovery Coach having trained to help others following her own personal journey in recovery. Cathy works closely with all teams to ensure the safe and smooth running of both our multi-occupancy rehab centre and our bespoke 1-2-1 retreats.

David
Clinical Psychologist
David Fong is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field helping people to rediscover their own internal compass for navigating life's challenges. David provides assessments, therapeutic sessions, coaching, and wellbeing services to individuals using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT. He is also a qualified transformational leader, an accredited CBT therapist, and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Steve
Psychotherapist
Steve Styan has been practicing for 25 years in various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Systemic Psychotherapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT). He has specialist interests in complex trauma, addictions, anxiety, panic, phobias, and obsessional compulsive disorder (OCD). His work encourages clients to explore, connect and better understand their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a way they can make continued and sustained changes.

Vanessa
Psychotherapist
Vanessa D’Arcy is a Psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience, and Mental Health Nurse in psychiatry for 15 years at a senior level in the NHS, private and charity sector. Her expertise is helping others to regulate their emotions, separate out personal life from work. The type of psychotherapy approach Vanessa uses is based on an integrative model, this means that she can work presented needs and time with the skills and tools while still maintaining individual treatment. She has experience working with a range of high-profile clients from various fields and backgrounds.

Yvonne
Systemic Family Psychotherapist
Yvonne Rose is a highly experienced, warm, passionate and creative accredited Systemic Family Psychotherapist. She has over 25 years’ experience using various modalities of psychotherapy. She is a university visiting lecturer and an elected Executive Director and Trustee for the Association for Family Therapy (AFT). Yvonne specialises in providing psychotherapy to diversity of people seeking effective professional help with their mental health and well-being. She has an interest in trauma and has further training in evidenced based Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR).

Fran
IFS Therapist
Fran Edgeley is an IFS Therapist who began training in 2019 with IFS UK and has completed Levels 1, 2 and 3. She is Level 2 trained with Cece Sykes Compassion for Addictive Processes. In 2022 she began training in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills. Fran offers a compassionate and collaborative approach and is committed to holding a safe and non-judgemental space as clients begin to understand and connect with their inner world. She is guided by the model, her own curiosity, and trust that with this approach healing and transformation is possible.

Katya
Art Psychotherapist
Katya Sommer is an Integrative Art Psychotherapist with a specialist interest in treating trauma. Art therapy helps individuals express themselves and explore difficult thoughts and feelings. It supports individuals through times of emotional stress, providing an active therapeutic practise that enables positive change. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TCBT), and Child Accelerated Trauma Treatment (CATT). Katya is currently in the process of completing her Compassionate Focused Therapy facilitator training, having completed yoga teacher training in India.

Anna
Sleep Therapist
Anna has been a qualified solution focused sleep practitioner for many years with a background in children and family services, criminal justice, addiction and education affording her a wealth of experience. Anna uses evidence based strategies to promote better sleep. She identifies and addresses the environmental and behavioural factors that impact on sleep to promote better quality sleep and a better quality of life.

Jane
Yoga Teacher
Jane Collins has been teaching yoga since 2002 and trained extensively in Hatha Yoga, Anatomy and Physiology as well as Fertility and Postnatal Yoga. Jane offers each guest a fully-customised and adaptable programme based on their mental, physical and emotional needs. Jane’s warm and nurturing approach helps guests to re-balance their inner strength and develop clarity of mind.

Toby
Meditation Teacher
Toby is a teacher of trauma-informed meditation, therapeutic yoga and restorative yoga nidra. He is also a registered therapist, specialising in working with life-changing conditions, and the author of the ward-winning self-help book, ‘Rise and Shine – How to transform your life, morning by morning’. He is passionate about empowering people to change, grow and take charge of their lives. As a meditation coach, Toby helps guests experience the scientifically proved benefits of meditation and guides them to create their own life-enhancing meditation practice.

Stephen
Meditation Teacher
Stephen Givnan has practised and taught Buddhist meditation, psychology, and philosophy for 30 years, dedicating his life to helping others to cultivate their own meditation practice to enhance their daily lives and find true inner peace. Guests are introduced to practical methods for transforming their daily lives through Stephen’s carefully curated programme of meditation.

Craig
Massage Therapist
With 18 years’ experience as a Soft Tissue Therapist, Craig Foden is also an affiliated tutor with the Massage Training Institute and sits as their representative the UK Council for Soft Tissue Therapies. Attuned to all aspects of our guests’ physical needs, Craig is trained in a range of modalities which he draws upon to create a bespoke programme for each guest.

Nicola
Nutritionist
Nicola Newton is a registered Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and Health Coach who is passionate about empowering individuals to lead a healthy and fulfilling life through adequate nutrition. Her passion for nutrition comes from her own experience of poor health and journey back to wellness using nutrition alongside lifestyle modifications. She has a special interest in the negative effects of trauma on health and is committed to ongoing self-development and further training in order to provide the latest evidence-based advice and support.

Paul
Chef
Paul has been cooking since he was 11 years old, preparing Sunday lunches as his parents worked weekends (he couldn't have Sundays without a roast!) Since then he has worked in various restaurants, picking up essential skills and culinary knowledge along the way. 2015 saw Paul open up his own cafe in Crookes, Sheffield which still remains one of the most popular destinations for people in that area to eat. Paul is also a keen Dj and record producer, something he has been doing since 1987. When he is not working, Paul loves spending time with his family, listening to music and watching his favourite football team.

Rob
Recovery Case Manager
With an extensive background in addiction, recovery, and psychology, Rob De Freitas passionately believes in the capabilities and potential of some of the most outcasted members of society. The gift of recovery has afforded him a level of life that he and many others never envisaged - happiness, serenity, and productivity. He believes everybody who has fallen to mental health and addiction issues deserves the opportunity to hold love and respect for themselves. Recovery makes that possible.

Rach
Recovery Case Manager
Rach is a trained somatic sexologist with lived experience of addiction, now 5 years into recovery. Rach began her professional journey practicing sex and relationship coaching, but for the last 4.5 years has helped other women in recovery. She has traveled Europe helping others recover from addiction, most notably Spain, where is gained experience aiding HNW individuals on their recovery journey. Rach’s approach to recovery coaching is honest and down to earth. She is a mother of 2 and is compassionate and authentic.

Grant
Recovery Case Manager
I worked in the family business for 10 years, after personal issues with alcohol and receiving treatment it felt that the family business was not for me and studying addiction and counselling was the right choice moving forward. My first training post was with The Priory Hospital Group from 1991~94.
After qualification I moved to Fulford Grange Priory, Altringham Priory till 2000. I then moved to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of GB to treat Health Professionals with Alcohol and Drug Dependency. Before coming to Montrose I worked for Mimosa Healthcare as Operations Manager.
